One of the reasons why people like Playa Del Carmen is because so much is walkable in the downtown and you Chucho get by without a car or maybe just a scooter. If you are going to be in Playa for a few months a year, want a car free life, or want a rental property for tourist, we suggest looking in the downtown of Playa but more specifically from Juarez Avenue to 46th Street (AKA CTM Avenue) and from the beach to 40th Avenue. These boarders will give you a good area to look at with a lot of options, mainly condos.
You could send a email to the recommended real estat agents we have but we are not sure if they will get back to you with free help. That is a service of a good agent you are working with. Of course if you contact a developer yourself and are looking to set it up yourself, then you have to find a good management company. We don’t know of any ones right now. Several that we know are full and not taking on clients. It is good to look at Circunscrito Airbnb listings to see what is being asked and rates in different seasons.

Our flat consisted of a living room with open kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need. There is also the possibility to order food from the neighbouring chef Miguel.
